allow me to introduce myself...
Greetings, and welcome! My name is Maria Rottinger. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I eventually found my way to Vermont—and to massage therapy—through a winding path that began in critical care nursing and shifted dramatically during the early days of the pandemic.
After completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, I continued following that thread into massage therapy. What started as a desire to better understand myself and holistic health became a deeper commitment to working with the body as having its own kind of intelligence; as something that holds and expresses experience.
Over time, my practice has been shaped as much by my clients as by my training. I’ve come to value sessions that are responsive, collaborative, and grounded in what is actually being felt in the moment.
Outside of the treatment room, I like playing outside, trying new recipes, and snuggling with my two cats—usually with a book nearby.
I’m glad you’re here. I look forward to meeting you. ♡
