With the exception of emergencies, I require a 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. This can be done online through your confirmation email. Failing to cancel within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50; same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of service. This is out of respect both to my schedule & livelihood, as well as other clients requesting an appointment. While exceptions are made for any illness or emergencies, I ask that you please let me know as soon as you’re able.

Please arrive on time, or early, for your appointment — my door will be open 5 minutes prior to each session. Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

I believe consent is an ongoing, voluntary, and revocable agreement, and also that each person deserves bodily autonomy. Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you, and, before we proceed, you have every right to disagree and share your opinion. I encourage you to advocate for your needs because you know your body best. You may also choose to refuse certain massage techniques, stop the massage at any time if you feel uncomfortable, or leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort.

Throughout the session, I am happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music volume, etc., or work longer on an area or move on if you request it. Please don’t hesitate to ask!

Massage therapy services are in no way a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and am not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments. My services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. I ask that you please speak with your primary care provider before booking an appointment if you currently have a pre-existing condition and feel that it may interfere with safely receiving bodywork.

Sexual misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated. If this is violated, the session will be terminated immediately with full payment due.
