cancellation/late arrival
With the exception of emergencies, I ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This can be done online through your confirmation email. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee, which helps honor my time and availability for other clients.
Cancellation fee structure:
48 hours or less: 50% of session
24 hours or less: 100% of session
Please aim to arrive on time (or a few minutes early) for your appointment—my door opens 5 minutes before each session. Late arrivals may not be extended beyond the scheduled time.
-
informed consent/client boundaries
I believe consent is an ongoing, voluntary, and always adjustable agreement. Your body autonomy is central to this work.
Before each session, we’ll briefly discuss your treatment plan, and you are always welcome to share what feels right for you—or what doesn’t. You may decline any technique, pause or stop the session at any time, or choose to remain as clothed as you need for comfort.
Throughout the session, I’m happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music volume, or focus areas at your request. Your comfort is an important part of the process, so please don’t hesitate to speak up at any point.

scope of practice
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments.
If you are currently under medical care or managing a condition that may affect bodywork, I encourage you to check in with your healthcare provider before booking to ensure massage is appropriate for you.
-
sexual misconduct
Any form of sexual misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will still apply.
